Katie started making peanut butter in June 2013 in a cottage in Wiltshire when she couldn't find a peanut butter that tasted how she thought it deserved to taste. The peanut butters in the existing market were either full of environmentally damaging palm oil, sugar and additives or tasted of cardboard.  As a vegan  who enjoys sports and healthy lifestyle, Katie always believed  in clean eating so she  set about making a peanut butter that existed of just two simple quality ingredients- Freshly roasted nuts, milled whilst still warm with Himalayan Rose salt. Utta Nutta was created-The nuttiest peanut butter around. Having recently moved into a commercial kitchen Katie is still making her peanut butter in the traditional way- That's why it tastes so good.
